Pick Up & Drop Off Services

  • Polos Rent A Car & Rental Agency is making renting vehicles easier, offering the possibility of delivering the vehicle anywhere in Paros.
  • Aso, we extend this service by making it friendlier to our customers by using Whatsapp & Viber services. These applications will allow you to send us your exact location to deliver the vehicle to your door.
  • The delivery service within 08:30-22:15 is provided free of charge as follows at any spot or specific location on th island of Paros. Also, there is a possibility of delivery outside working hours 22:15-08:00, ONLY by appointment and upon availability, at an additional cost.

Car Rental Delivery Spots and Main Office locations are well spread all over the island and offer flexibility and ease to access our services. Each location has a different timetable depending on its needs.

    • From 08.30 to 22.15 (free of charge delivery services)
    • From 22.30 to 00.30 & from 06.30 to 08.30 (12.50 euro per delivery)
    • From 00.30 to 06:30 (20 euro per delivery)
  • Paros Airport (PAS): Vehicle delivery spot at the Airport of Paros
    • From 07.30 to 20.15 (free of charge delivery services)
    • From 20.15 to 21.30 & from 06.15 to 07.30 (12.50 euro per delivery)
  • Punda Port (Antiparos): Vehicle delivery spot at the Port of Punda
    • From 08.00 to 21.00 (free of charge delivery services)
    • From 21.00 to 00.30 & from 06.00 to 08.00 (15 euro per delivery)
  • Livadia Beach in Parikia: Vehicle delivery spot in Parikia close to the Port
    • From 08.30 to 22.15 (free of charge delivery services)
    • From 22.30 to 00.30 & from 06.30 to 08.30 (12.50 euro per delivery)

Luggage Delivery Service

  • If you wish to pick up a vehicle such as a scooter or quad, which does not have a large luggage compartment, ONLY by arrangement, we can safely transfer your luggage to the place of your stay in Paros. The cost of this service is 15 €, it is possible to perform it within 08:30-21:00 (additional cost after hours). So by using this service you save money and time as in the high season, it is not easy to find a taxi or busses which are costly.

Car Rental Procedure: Pick Up & Drop Off

  1. We need to have and receive all the necessary details before the Pick Up:
    • Arrival details.
    • Departure details.
    • Must be paid the advance of 30% from the total amount.
    • Any extra services if needed.
    • Driving license
  2. On the date and place of the Pick Up:
    • Depending on the location, one of our agents will welcome you as agreed.
    • We will prepare any paperwork needed.
    • We will finalise the balance, if any.
    • We will ask if you have any changes to your schedule.
    • We will show you the car, and we will explain anything you need on that. Also, we will mention any non-functional damages from other rentals on the agreement.
    • We will give some tips regarding Paros and directions for your destination.
  3. On the date and place of the Drop Off
    • Depending on the location, one of our agents will meet you as agreed.
    • Our agent will ask if you faced any vehicle problems and then evaluate the condition for any damages.
    • You will receive your payment receipt/invoice and your damage deposit.
    • After your trip, we will be glad to spend some time evaluating our services and sending feedback to help us improve our services.
