- Cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 30% refundable deposit. For reservations during July and August, cancellations made up to 20 days before arrival are refundable.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival are non-refundable. For reservations in July and August, cancellations made within 20 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- If the hirer does not meet the rental requirements (e.g., driver's license, age, credit card), Polos Rent A Car & Rental Agency is not liable and reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
- Polos Rent A Car & Rental Agency is not responsible for any cancellations or delays of vessels or aircraft. The hirer must inform the company of any changes or modifications to their arrival.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, we will issue a refund of your deposit using the same payment method. Please note that any transaction fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. For other unforeseen force majeure events not specifically listed, our customer service team will assess each case individually and may offer compensation in the form of a future discount or coupon.
- All reservations booked under special offers, require full prepayment and are strictly non-refundable.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your reservation, please follow these steps:
- Open your email and locate the confirmation message from us regarding your reservation.
- Scroll to the end of the email and find the cancellation link provided.
- Click the link to access your reservation details.
- If your reservation is confirmed, a blue "Cancellation/Modification Request" button will be visible at the bottom of the page. Click this button.
- Enter your email address when prompted, and then type the reason for cancellation in the text box that appears.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 working days. Please note that transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
