Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair handling of the situation:

1. Notify Us Immediately
Contact us as soon as you notice any damage, at any time, via +30 694 858 8097 (available on WhatsApp and Viber). Please send photos or videos of the damage and briefly explain how it occurred. We will then get in touch with you to guide you through the next steps.

2. Receive Guidance
Our team will provide clear instructions, which may include bringing the vehicle for inspection or following a remote evaluation process, depending on the nature and severity of the damage.

3. Insurance Coordination
We will review the type of insurance coverage included in your rental agreement to determine whether the damage is covered and whether any deductible or excess applies. If applicable, we will also initiate the claims process for you.

4. Damage Assessment Offers
The damage will be assessed using the SilverDAT Damage Calculation System or by our certified network of local automotive engineers. These evaluations are recognized by insurance companies for their transparency and accuracy. Based on these assessments, you will receive one or more official repair cost offers.

5. Settlement Before Drop-Off
If the damage is not fully covered by insurance, or if a deductible, excess, or any other cost is due under the terms of your insurance policy, this amount must be paid by the renter before the vehicle’s return or drop-off date. This ensures the rental agreement is concluded in a timely and transparent manner.

In the event of any damage or accident during your rental, the assessment will be conducted using the SilverDAT Damage Calculation System. This certified system, provided by DAT Group, is globally recognized and trusted by insurance companies and financial institutions for accurate damage evaluation.

This trusted network consists of licensed professionals and local official representatives of major car manufacturers who provide official repair cost evaluations, fully recognized by insurance companies for their accuracy, transparency, and compliance with claims standards.

If you lose the car keys, please contact our customer service immediately. A replacement fee will apply, along with any associated assistance costs.
